The other day I spoke to a nice bus driver whom doesn't get upset, has a great customer service skill and is very polite to talk too.
To protect the driver, I will not say which company he/she works for but what was told to me is very interesting! This bus driver said that drivers have an input to their bus operaters and then the Ministry of Transport with the bus operaters visit the passable new routes under cover quietly to see whether they will access new bus routes or leave them alone. The bus driver said that no matter what the bus drivers suggest and provide, the result is from the bus operaters and Ministry of Transport change their mind against community interest usually. The dollars are in front of them!
Now this cause the pyramid of confusion for some and that is who will stand up and take the blame and credit for the changes of bus Service?
