AS I speak to members of the community I know it appears that not everyone reads newspapers, receives newspapers and every talks to others about a reduced restored services.
IT will take another week or tow before others find out. Yet the best way we know that works is through word of mouth, we all have that and there is that perception that once you tell someone that will spread out to others like made!
Let's hope every one knows as I can see that there is need for poss able improvement in the time table provided already.
