After close to five months of occasionally travelling on the limited service of Westbus 674 (I have choices of three buses 758, 780 and 674), I must warmhearted offer total compliments for the customer service that the driver who drove the bus yesterday at !0,02am reaching about 10.10pm.
His friendly smile, friendly conversation makes me realise that if you treat bus drivers correctly you will get the same response. After all they are human! When we spoke about Gasmata Crescent - he sort of knew were going back in that street and didn't really offer and dispute regarding travelling along Gsmata Crescent as he said he has driving on that route before.
I recommend a complimentary world of thank to Westbus for employing drivers that are not easily frustrated like this driver!
