A Warm Round Of Applause from Community Members On 780 bus

It has been pleasing to announce the good news to all residents of Mount Druitt the new revamped bus service 755.

I was discussing with a former 755 patron who was getting bus 780 with me opposite Gasmata Crescent on Luxford Road. He was astounded and said he will tell the others - he was extremely happy, He regularly gets the 755.

Then as I was showing him the bus map 755 - Marie - who was filmed representing west of Popondetta Road - asked me if we got the 755 bus back again- I was warm-heatedly responded in a positive reconfirmed that the local State MP's kept in their closet after 7/11/09. Marie quietly felt so relieved and joined her hands in clapping motion in an exalting emotion of happiness . She looked like ten years had been taken off her age!

What is self-rewarding is seeing these people with such happy faces , faces that were depressed. Faces that thought we were fighting a losing battle. I think I had some instinct as each day grew that something would happen. Something had to happen as each day the NSW government didn't decide to return lost services, it would go against them. In an area where the population growth is rapid - why was this situation placed in our livelihood? Buss services should really be increased not decreased.

There should be promotional days provide to the community for gaining patrons on buses. maybe even an open day at the Depot or a weekend. We will work on future and further goodness for the entire community.
