Tonight, I have contacted Infoline eventually spoke to a nice call centre manager Joseph, he is aware of our cause and heard of my name and our group name and said he will look overnight at our website, discuss with his manager, then with Debbie from from our group and see what stories can be made as a complaint and referred to the Minister of Transport and Infrastructure.
He was sympathetic to our cause and said some important words from outside group that we have heard at all and that is, 'We do want to help you and your group and community members of Mount Druitt!' Congratulations to Joseph for taking the initiative to take action from our cause via the complaints Infoline- although he admitted that the complaints is mostly for individuals it is unusual for group like ourselves to contact them - he will provide every assistance he can he said. more support for our community and this time from within the NSW government I am proud of Joseph's response and actions!
Remember in any community members have local issues with bus drivers conduct, bus services timings, t any related bus issues - the Minister of Transports And infrastructure has advised this is their best form of direct feedback - I stress that also advising us of issues can stress the importance's of what has happened and is still happening around our communities of mount Druitt and surrounding suburbs.
