Missing Thousands Of Passengers To Penrith

A community member from Wilmott,(name withheld) has advised of her difficulty with the new bus services since implemented 11/10/2009.

For a start she finds it difficult to go to ST Marys Shops with the new buses as there is no security as there is in Westfield Mount Druitt - A an elderly member of her community - she prefers to shop in a well secured budding. In saying his she wonders how when checks buses passing along Palmy Avenue Willmott, there appears to be maximum one patron on the bus trips going to St Marys accruing to her calculation. NSW Government claims this patronage has gone up 7 per cent!

Her second issue is that buses tend to spend more time on the road getting to Mount Druitt than a car is approximately 22 - 29 minutes and a car 7 minutes. - Obviously drivers have to make 30 seconds stops to pick up or set down patrons - that's why it might be longer.

Third issue is the same problem we seem to hear everywhere - bus run early from Willmot and this creates more time wasting waiting for a bus!
