Yes, it is true we all live in a suburb within Mount Druitt and also we fall under the Local Council of Blacktown City Council.
That's hwre the good news stops - west of Mount Druitt doesn't have bus services that can take patrions directly through to Blacktown, via Plumpton, Glendinng and so on to reach Blacktown. Yes, we do have train services to get to Blacktown from Mount Druitt but when you live west of Mount Druitt you do not want a bus and train to Mount Druitt. You want a direct bus service by bus to Blacktown! The Blacktown TAFE also takes students in that have disabilities.
The old 755 Busways bus route to Blacktown was one of the major bus routes that went through or past nine suburbs: Druitt, Whalan, Emerton, Lethbridge Park, Shalvey, Bidwill, Blackett, Dharruk and Hebersham. Bring back 755 bus service!
